Diastaticus Days

Diastaticus Days is our new program of analysis and identification focusing on Saccharomyces cerevisiae var. diastaticus. We'll be analysing samples in bulk and can offer customers a discount of over 50% on the typical price.

We're supporting these activities by offering a seminar (Gothenburg, Sweden) in collaboration with White Labs Copenhagen, to provide information on the biology of this organism and some applied knoweledge relevant for breweries.

Craft LABS provides quality analytical and microbiological services to the brewing and beverage industry

There is booming demand for quality craft beer and spirits worldwide, and Swedish producers are at the centre of this. Dozens of new independent breweries and distilleries have cemented Sweden as a key player in the brewing scene, with several regularly featuring in the world's top 100.  A key feature of these top breweries is in implementing innovative processes and rigorous quality control.

Thorough quality control is associated with high-equipment costs and expertise to run in-house. Craft Labs aim is to provide quality and affordable analytical and microbiological services to the craft industry and home-brewing market.

We hope that our services can help maintain and improve the high standard of product that domestic and international consumers have come to expect.

We also believe that a strong home-brewing scene will help drive the commercial market to even greater standards, that's why we hope to encourage brewers of all skill levels to pursue quality control. As home brewers ourselves, we understand the desire to continously improve our craft!
